9 Minute Yoga for Work or Office Break (Using a Wall)

Don’t have a yoga mat in the office/study room but still want to keep yourself active and stretch out the tight muscles after long hours of work/study? Here’s a simple yoga sequence for you! ?? . Those of you who work in front of a computer often unknowingly sit still (usually with a bad posture) for at least 3-4 hours. Try to move and stretch after every 2 hours and spend at least 15-20 mins on all these poses every day ??❤️
