Here is another stretch to reduce shoulder stiffness and improve mobility. Everyone can do it on a daily basis.
Don’t forget to go slowly into the stretch.
Once you manage to get both your elbows down on the mat, work on sliding your hips closer to your feet, to increase the intensity of the stretch.
Most importantly, when in doubt, check with your family physician, especially if you have ever suffered shoulder dislocation in the past.
