How to build Booty with Yoga

ANSWER: This would reallly depend on what type of yoga you are doing and the way you are doing it. Yoga can be ideal for butt shaping when done properly as some poses target the butt and all connecting muscles. To really get the work done you need to mix it up a bit which is the real secret behind building your booty.

Do static as well as dynamic poses. And you can even add weights or bands or anything that will bring some resistance to the pose. .
And let’s be clear about this – building booty is not a goal, target or focus in any yoga practice, BUT you can use yoga poses to get to that shaped butt. .

Do all of these dynamically (3 sets of 15 repetitions) and than hold each for up to a minute. Do them daily to see some results.
